Features
A PDF built for MLR review, not for printing
Every capability is designed around one question: can a reviewer see, read, check and annotate exactly what a visitor would experience?
One page, one PDF page
Every web page becomes a single, full-length PDF page — no awkward page breaks slicing through claims, tables or safety information.
- Reviewers see the page exactly as a visitor scrolls it, top to bottom
- Very long pages keep full fidelity; any scaling is recorded in the capture report
- A cover page records the start URL, job ID and capture date and time in UTC and IST
Links that still work
Internal links jump to the right page inside the PDF, external links stay live, and bookmarks organise the document by page and device.
- Navigate the PDF the way you navigate the site
- External destinations open in the browser, so reviewers can check where a link goes
- Bookmarks per page and per device view make large submissions easy to move around
Real, annotatable text
Text stays as selectable vector text rather than a flat screenshot, so reviewers can search, highlight, comment and copy exactly what is on the page.
- Works with the annotation tools your MLR team already uses
- Crisp at any zoom level, including small-print footnotes
- Search across every page and device view in one document
Interactions and animations, captured
Recipes script the clicks, hovers, tabs, accordions and carousels a reviewer needs to see, and capture each state as an extra labelled page.
- Write recipes in YAML or JSON, with validation and a one-page test run
- Animations settle to their end state automatically; capture-frames records key frames when motion matters
- A motion content report lists carousels, videos and animations a static PDF cannot fully show
Every device view
Capture desktop, phone and tablet layouts in one job, as separate PDFs or merged into a single document with bookmarks per device.
- Desktop at 1280, 1440 and 1920 pixels wide
- Phone at 4.7", 5.8" and 6.5"; tablet at 9.7", 10.5" and 12.9"
- Responsive differences are reviewed side by side, not discovered after launch
Staging sites and HCP areas
Capture sites before they go live and pages behind a login, including HTTP Basic or NTLM protected staging and scripted form login for HCP member areas.
- Credentials are entered per job, encrypted on receipt and deleted when the job ends
- Recipes reference secrets by name, so passwords never live in a recipe
- Crawl reports list pages, broken links, external domains, redirects and timings
Important Safety Information, in full
Sticky ISI trays are detected automatically and captured fully expanded, both in place and as a standalone page reviewers can check line by line.
- No more ISI text hidden behind a collapsed tray in the PDF
- The standalone ISI page makes safety-language review faster
- Recipes can expand custom tray implementations with a single step
Delivered where review happens
Send finished PDFs and reports straight into the Sciagen Content Management System for MLR review, or pick them up through signed webhooks and the API.
- Every output carries a SHA-256 checksum for your audit trail
- Signed webhooks notify your systems when a capture finishes
- Organisation-scoped API keys for automated, scheduled captures
AI assistance
Spend review time on judgement, not hunting
AI features are powered by Anthropic Claude and are available to customer organisations that choose to enable them.
- AI
Auto-recipe
AI examines your pages and proposes a recipe — accordions to open, tabs to click, carousels to advance — for your team to review and edit before it runs.
- AI
Version diff
Compare two captures of the same site and see, page by page, which text changed and where the visuals moved, so re-review focuses on what is new.
- AI
Compliance pre-check
Flags pages with no ISI, links that leave the approved domain, and claims that appear without a reference — before the PDF reaches reviewers.
AI features are assistive. They highlight items for a qualified reviewer to consider; they never make or replace an MLR decision.
Security and compliance
Built for regulated content from the first request
Pharma sites carry unreleased claims and confidential staging environments. The platform is designed so that content, credentials and outputs are handled with the care your quality and IT teams expect.
SSRF protection
All capture traffic passes through an egress guard that blocks private networks and cloud metadata addresses.
Isolated capture workers
Each capture runs in an isolated browser worker with no access to other customers' jobs or data.
Encrypted credentials
Staging and login credentials are encrypted on receipt, used only by the worker, and deleted when the job ends.
Retention auto-delete
Outputs are deleted automatically after the retention period — 30 days by default, configurable per organisation.
SHA-256 for every output
Checksums are recorded when each file is written, so you can prove the PDF reviewed is the PDF captured.
Audit trail
Every capture, download, delivery and settings change is recorded with who did it and when.
